나의 신념

공산주의는 개인이 토지를 소유할 수가 없다. 그러나, 자본주의 국가는 개인이 무차별적으로 한도가 없이

토지를 소유할 수가 있다. 즉, 돈만 많이 있으면 토지를 소유하려는 탐욕을 부릴 것이다. 그러면, 돈이 없는

사람들은 어찌 되겠는가? 토지를 전혀 소유하지 못하거나, 있는 토지도 돈을 많이 가진 자들의 농간에 의해서

강탈당할 수가 있다. 그래서 나는 이미 수십년전부터 제안 한 것이 있다. 한 국가의 주권자가 되기 위해서는

어떤 누구라도 태어나자마자, 일정 규모의 토지를 천부인권에 의해서 제공받아야 한다는 것이다.

한국에서는 태어나는 순간, 이 땅의 주권자가 된 순간, 누구라도 일정규모의 토지를 공평하게 분할해

제공받아야 하는 권리를 나는 헌법에 명시코자 한다. 그것이 나의 신념이다.

이것을 나는 한 사람이 한 국가의 주권자가 되는 절대적인 권리임을 천명코자 한다.

하와이에서, 원주민들의 땅을 강탈하기위해서, 많은 돈을 가진 자들이 원주민들의 땅을 노리고 있다고 한다.

이 얼마나 비열하고 잔혹한 짓인가! 인간의 수명은 모든 인간들에게 태어날때 공평하게 주어지듯이,

이 세상의 제한된 토지도 모든 인간들에게 태어날때 공평하게 주어져야 하는 것이다. 토지 관점에서,

절대적으로 공평하게 시작되는 초기조건을 존재케 할 수 있는 것이다.

Communism does not allow individuals to own land. However, in capitalist countries,
