RICO Indictment Against President Trump Could Have Been Used Against Democrats in 2000

Harvard Law School professor Alan Dershowitz says yesterday's indictment against President Trump is the first time, to his knowledge, that anyone has used RICO to criminalize election challenges. "When I read the indictment I said to myself 'Oh my god. I did some of those things during Bush v. Gore. I did everything possible to try to get a recount,'" Dershowitz said.
