Mango Delight

Ingredients for Whipped Cream: NESTLÉ MILKPAK Whipping Cream 1 pack

Ingredients for Mango Puree: Mango chunks 1 ½ cup Condensed milk 1 cup

Ingredients for Mango Delight Mixture: Prepared whipped cream 3 cups Prepared mango puree 1 cup

Ingredients for Jelly: Mango Jelly powder 1/2 cup Water 1 cup

Ingredients for assembling: Biscuits (crushed) 2 cups

Mango puree as required

Mango delight mixture as required

Mango chunks as required

Almonds (for garnishing) as required
Whipped cream as required

Directions for Whipped Cream Preparation: 1. In a bowl add NESTLÉ MILKPAK Whipping Cream and beat until fluffy and stiff peaks form. Reserve 1/2 cup of whipped cream for topping. Note: Chill the cream overnight in the fridge and whip

it with an electric beater. Directions for Mango Puree Preparation:

2. Now in a blender add mango chunks and condensed milk. Blend it well and make a puree. Directions for Mango Delight Preparation:

3. Add the prepared mango puree into whipped cream and mix it well. Your Mango Delight mixture is ready. Set aside.

Directions for Jelly Preparation:

4. Now In a preheated pan add water, bring it to a boil, and add mango jelly powder in it. Mix it well and cook until it dissolves. Remove from heat, pour it into a dish, and let it cool at room temperature. Now cut it into cubes. Set aside. Directions for Assembling:

5. Now in a dish add a layer of crushed biscuits, mango delight mixture, jelly, mango puree and mangochunks. Top them with whipped cream, almonds and serve.
