Zooey Deschanel and "Property Brothers" star Jonathan Scott are engaged after dating four years. They announced the news with a joint Instagram post.

The couple shared the engagement news in a joint post on Instagram Monday. Deschanel, 43, and "Property Brothers" host Scott, 45, shared a selfie in which Deschanel is holding up her left hand near her face with a massive new ring adorning her finger.

The two first met in August 2019 while filming a sibling-themed episode of "Carpool Karaoke: The Series," which featured Scott, his twin brother Drew Scott, Deschanel and her sister Emily Deschanel.
