(August 15, 2023) The daughter of a man who was a member the Black Panther Party, #FaniWillis, is now a racist D.A. in #FultonCounty #Georgia, and she just issued indictments on #DonaldTrump and 18 other people charging them with racketeering charges, using RICO, which is usually applied to Mafia crime bosses.

Donald J. Trump announced a major news conference at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, August 21 in Bedminster, New Jersey to produce a report about Georgia election fraud that he says will completely exonerate him before the deadline when he and his 18 co-defendants are expected to surrender to the Fulton County District Court, adding "They never went after those that rigged the election, they only went after those that fought to find the riggers." He said all charges SHOULD be dropped at that time.

In the very political, lawless (and very silly) 97-page indictment, #Trump and the others are being charged under #RICO because two or more of them (at any one time) had discussed investigating #ElectionFraud and how they might remedy the fraud, which the State of #Georgia maintains was a "conspiracy to overturn the 2020 election".

All 19 have to turn themselves into the #FultonCounty courthouse by noon on Friday, August 25 to be arraigned and mug-shot. If not, they'll be on WANTED posters. The nasty D.A. wants a trial within 6 months and says she will try all 19 defendants at once (to put them all on a Soviet-style Star Chamber show trial to boost her failing career), but experts believe that could never happen...that she could not try 19 people at once.

If anyone believes Donald Trump and his 18 co-defendants are #insurrectionists because they discussed LEGAL remedies to rectify #ElectionFraud in Georgia (and 4 other States), then every Democrat in the video at the link below, which was played at #PresidentTrump's #impeachment hearing, should also be charged by the ignorant #Georgia D.A. in her 19 sham incitements for "attempting to overturn an election".

The Democrat's claim: "Trump lost 60+ court cases for claims of #ElectionFraud". Fact-Check: Pants on Fire! Per the 66 Project, a group of anti-Trump lawyers who are trying to get any and all attorneys disbarred that represent Donald Trump or any friend or ally: "Trump-allied lawyers filed 65 lawsuits across the country to overturn the legitimate election results. Which means, no claim of election fraud was actually tried in court. No evidence was presented or seen by a judge. No judge made any ruling on election fraud, but only dismissed the cases out-of-hand, with SCOTUS saying Trump had "no standing".
