French farmer suffers loss due to 'winter' storms

Farmer Bertrand Baey crumbled dust and what was left of oat grains that have withered into the ground in his farmland in the northern French town of Sangatte on Tuesday (August 8) and looked on with disappointment over what could have been a bountiful harvest season.
