Granola breakfast pizza recipe
In an age when we are always looking for delicious ways to eat healthy, this recipe takes the throne! Jam-packed with fiber, antioxidants and proteins, this yummy Granila breakfast pizza will satisfy your cravings for sweet and healthy, while enjoying the array of colors and flavors. Did we mention there's no baking?
All you need is granola cereal, peanut butter, almond flakes, Greek yogurt and an assortment of fruits and nuts. It's an amazing dish for parties, whether it's a crowd or just for two.
Wanna make it vegan? Substitute Greek yogurt for a soy or coconut milk alternative.
Don't like red fruits? You can substitute them with anything else you like!
Just remember to keep a pie server on hand, because depending on the type of peanut butter and granola used, it may turn out crumbly. But still, it is oh-so yummy!
