1. Mastery experiences
2. Vicarious experiences
3. Verbal persuasion
4. Psychological/emotional state

If you have a hard time believing in yourself, there are exercises you can do to positively build your self-efficacy:

1. Self-reflect
2. Set and achieve SMART goals
3. Ingesting in your personal development
4. Improve your emotional regulation skills
5. Prioritize your mental fitness
6. Have compassion for yourself
7. BELIEVE in yourself!

Practicing these and similar exercises will help build your belief in you and your ability to succeed at your goals!
