Age 63, 64 in a few months, and I just ran a half-marathon, close to 3 hours

Age 63, 64 in a few months, and I just ran a half-marathon, close to 3 hours, by myself, barefoot to boot!!! Who would have thought as I only started to run a few years ago because of the lockdowns!!! What a great experience and feeling. Anything you want, anything you believe in you can make achieve.
