Some schools looking to new avenues to tackle teacher shortage

For some teachers, holding their full time teaching position can get in the way of other goals -- like getting a new or higher degree. In the past, pursuing a degree often meant teachers had to quit their full time job, but now a Northern Kentucky University program is seeking to change that. It creates a way for teachers to get a degree while keeping their job in the classrooms.
