In Dr. Daniel Nagase's hearing, August 11th, 2023, in the Supreme court, the British Empire's BRITISH ACCREDITATION REGISTRY, B.A.R.'s Justice Michael Tammen, Obstructed Justice by striking Dr. Daniel Nagase's case before it was heard.

In his judgment, Justice Michael Tammen claimed the right of Courts and Judges to do harm without accountability.

Dr. Daniel Nagase is convening a Magna Carta Grand Jury to indict the government for "obstruction of justice" because Daniel now cannot present professional medical evidence of harm to his two children that were forcefully injected with the poisonous mRNA bio-weapon/experimental drug. Daniel is also claiming harm to himself and his children because the Crown has restricted him, as the biological father, to associate with his young children.

To stop the BC Supreme court's Right to cause Harm to children without accountability, a Magna Carta Grand Jury must issue an indictment of the Judge and the Attorney General who started the obstruction of justice.

At 7pm until dusk on August 17th, after the HWY-1 North Vancouver Overpass Rally, we will gather at the Vancouver Art Gallery 40 days and 40 nights after our Grand Jury first gave notice. We gather to issue an indictment of the Attorney General and the BC Supreme court for Obstruction of Justice.

This crown lawyer and judge said in the judgment that they can make bad, even corrupt, judgments without being held accountable!! This means that they are now acting above God and man.
