FEMA Response Time to East Palestine, Ohio = 15 Days -- FEMA to Sunny Hawaii: Next Day- Coincidence?

Glad for any support but a DISGRACE in comparsion to the Ohio derailment. And go figure ... "Known to assist with property damage from tornadoes and floods." No floods in Lahaina ... exempting those poor victims jumping into the surf to escape the flames. Still rather ODD how FEMA shows up anyway (guess FIRE is valid but must be a certain KIND of fire?) in only the time it takes to jump on a flight to a prime world vacation spot.

Just an observation. Whatta I know way out here on the prairie? (Which frequently gets torched by wildfires in large swaths but with brave state agencies that never fail us).
