Here is one special recipe of talbina which has been recommended by our beloved (Holy Prophet peace and blessings of Allah be a phone him) Talbina soothes the heart of the Sick person and it takes away some of the Grief. A very healthy recipe which noisys and provide strength and has numerous health benefits specially for heart.

Ingredients.

-Jau (Barley) 100 gms
-water as required
-milk 1 liter
-Dates 10 as required
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
-Pistachio 2 tbs
-Almond 2 tbs

Directions:

In bow add broken barely and wash with water.
-Add water and sock for 3 to 4 hours for overnight then drain the water.
In pot add milk and bring it to bowl add soaked barley and mix well cover partially and cook on slow for 8 to 10 minutes.
-Deseed and chop dates.
-then add dates mix well cover partially and cook on low flame for 25 to 30 minutes.
-Add cardamom powder and mix well partially and cook for another 8 to 10 minutes.
- Add pistachio, Almonds and mix well.
Garnish and serve.
