Hello! I’m a mom of 4, home birth mom x3, experienced midwifes assistant, and birth doula! These are my main tips for preparing for the last weeks of pregnancy, labor and birth! I have had a variety of birth experiences and this is what has worked best for me. I’m not a medical professional. This is simply my experience, and the informed decisions I make regarding my natural and holistic pregnancy. I’m currently 35 weeks pregnant and planning a home birth.
