Hanging from a bar is the best simplest thing you could do for your shoulder health and mobility. Of course, there is tons of other shoulder work you could do but in terms of simplicity and overall benefit I think this one takes the cake. I’m also over simplifying what muscles it will help to release - the pec major and rhomboids likely also targeted among others. There could be some other ways it benefits the shoulder JOINT (ball and socket) itself but I think the primary benefit is that it releases a lot of the muscles that pull your shoulder girdle (scapula and collar bone) into bad positions and postures. #mobility #shoulderhealth #shoulderinjury #flexibility
