Housekeeping notes first. The desyncing of the audio is not the game's fault. That was on my end. More specifically it was an issue with Radeon. This was the first video where it happened, and it was by far the worse and most noticeable. Now, this is not the first video I've uploaded with the issue, but it was the first one where it actually happened (The videos do come out in order, but that doesn't include the series). There are several more videos where the keen eyed among you will notice the desyncing issue, but it is less noticeable in other games. There are roughly 4 more of these impressions/show case videos where it occurs, two more Diablo videos. There were seemingly no vides from Arcade Spirits that were effected. The Detail, has been recorded with different software (gamebar) so it was also never effected by the issue. All that is to say don't judge this or the next several games by the audio desyncing because that was not the developer's fault, it was AMD's fault. It seems it's a common issue that has dubious fixes at best, that don't always seem to work.

As far as the audio volume in this video, I do end up turning it up to a level where you can actually hear it when it's a bit in. So again, don't hold that against the game, that was my fault. The demo is up on gog still, it's also on Itch io and Steam. For what it is, I'm fairly impressed with it. I'm still debating if I should put it on my wishlist, I have a love/hate relationship with point N click adventure games.

And here is something new. I've been aware of GameJolt for a while, but it's not what I thought it was. I thought it was kind of like Itch io, and it is to the extent that there seems to be developers selling and giving games away. But it also appears to be a social media of sorts. I'll explore it more in the future. Not sure what, if anything I'll post here but if I do, there you go, I here too.
