A targeted individual must be contained at all times and in order to do that, the federally authorized perpetrators of gangstalkers must break rules in order to appear omnipresent. Part of gangstalking is to make it look as if a targeted person is themselves a subservient or “wannabe” participant in the United States’ federally authorized thuggery mechanism called gangstalking.
