Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the matter of Guedes v. ATF, one of the many challenges to ATF's ban of bump stocks. This case, although focusing on the bump stock ban, has the potential to undermine the entire manner in which the ATF has conducted business long before the current administration. As the opinions begin to fall on different sides of the fence, it is obvious that this issue could easily end up before the Supreme Court.
