California Nordstrom store ransacked by looters

As more Walgreens stores are using classical music to deter away loiters and looters, that didn’t happen in California as one Nordstrom department store was ransacked by many hooded looters. Hundreds of thousands of dollars in merchandise were stolen and yet no arrests have been made.
