This is a series of videos where I'll share my workouts to provide inspiration and an inside look at F45

Checkmate description: The F45 SoCal workout is a 1-hour long hybrid-style routine that consists of 12 different stations and 3 laps with a timing that’s broken down in each of them. What’s unique about this workout is that you’ll have 4 rounds of a bodyweight circuit after the first and second laps.

These 2 circuits include a bunch of extra exercises that are separated into 4 different laps with a 30-20-20-20 work time and a 10 sec rest time after each lap.

Here is the Checkmate layout and timing:
2 PODS TOTAL
Pods 1 + 2:
- 6 stations
- 3 laps
-1 set at each station
- Lap 1 - 60 seconds of work
- Lap 2 - 40 seconds of work
- Lap 3 - 20 seconds of work
-After each pod, there is a bodyweight reel consisting of 3 exercises, done 4 times

As a former member and current coach at this gym, I am a HUGE fan of the benefits it provides by targeting functional movements in a targeted and unique way
