Does Adam Aron and the AMC board unvested shares reverse split 10-1 also? Adam Aron has no answer

I was reading a SEC filing by MULN and it states that in the event of a reverse split the board is still entitled to the same amount of shares Their unvested shares do not reverses split I think Adam Aron and board have same agreement
