Recipes:

Pork And Bean Soup
1-2 Ham Hocks or Ham Bones with bits and pieces
4C Broth
16oz diced tomatoes
16oz dried navy beans soaked and rinsed.
1 onion diced
4-6 stalks celery diced
6 carrots diced
4 garlic cloves diced
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp onion powder
1tsp parsley
Optional 1 bunch of chopped of kale or other greens
salt and pepper to season
Slow cook 4 hours on high or 6-8 on low.
