Chaotic Seam-stressing: Sewing a Chemise & Corset {Victorian Dress ep.1}

Welcome back to Sincerely, Kaylani! Today we are tackling our most basic undergarments; a chemise and corset, for my Victorian ensemble to visit the Lynde House.

The chemise or shift is a basic A-line dress that is worn under the corset or stays of a historical garment.
The corset is a fitted and boned garment used to achieve the fashionable shape of the time period.(for me my "my corset" is more like a modern bustier due to how it was constructed in this video).
