She brings with her 20 years of high-performance strategy experience, from the halls of Xerox to the lecture rooms of Roberts Wesleyan University. Notably, she holds a degree in mathematics and continues to nurture her faith in downtown Rochester. Also on the team is Dr. Venesa Milton, who serves as the Director of Hope Works, a workforce development program under Hope Initiatives CDC
