When a legal presentment is made, the authorized representative and or Executor may or may not agree to the terms and conditions of said press nutmeat and Refuse for Cause,
In this case Cause & Fraud. According to Banking laws, if such presentment is refused within 72 hours, there is no binding contract.

What We as Americans really need to ask ourselves, is where is the benefit of utilizing the PERSON if We do not control over the contracts which are in the Beneficiary"s NAME, and cannot stop these forced associations and charges without cause?

Alan the owner of Burfitt Plumbing shut our water and power off in 35 degree weather during the holidays in 2020.

On December 14th 2020, Carlton Benton called the DeFuniak Springs Police on me for my daughters jumping on the bed.

January 23rd 2021 Carol Dilmore, slapped my 5 yr old daughter across the face and called her a little bitch for touching her cell phone. She refused to apologize so 1/25/2021, I flew her back to her abusive drug addicted husband on Florida. 2 days later Carlton Benton & Carol Dilmore called CP$ & Rockingham County Sheriffs and made HEINOUS ACCUSATIONS against me which are not true & COMPLETELY FALSE and lied about me as they were conspiring against me with the girl's dad who just got out of jail for attempted murder of me, in order to swindle my daughters from my care in hopes to get Navajo Casino Monie$! Sick but true!

I was arrested and charged with "PARENTAL ABDUCTION" even though both of my babies had been in my care since the day they were born and no custody established, as I don't entertain stupidity
and deny any claims or accusations of "CUSTODY" as no man has the power to appoint a "custodian-ship" over my flesh and blood daughters who are a gift from Creator, to me!

There was never any "Probable Cause " to create "Warrant" as both Carol and Carl called from 4 states away with hearsay and no Affidavit to support their claims.
When it was all said and done,
It was determined that neither Carol or Carl are credible witnesses due to their daily narcotics use which makes them delusional,
thereby found beyond a doubt to be incompetent witnesses,
therefore
no cause of action was found to initiate any action, warrant any arrest,
as no witness was found,
no probable cause existed,
and my daughters and I were FUCKING TERRORIZED for no FUCKING REASON others than drug addicts with lies.
Which is why, We the People instilled certain laws in place to safe~guard against sick abuses of Justice, such as these!
