Ukrainian Armed Forces sniper Konstantin Proshinsky said that he sees no chance in reaching the border of 24th February, not even thinking about 1991.
Also he and his colleagues would “in a normal way accept” a truce with fixing the border along the current demarcation line!
-> So, why does Zelensky have a precondition on Russia leaving? The people want peace!
