🧇Fried Zuchinni? Let’s make a Fried Zuchinni Chaffle. This low carb keto friendly snack will satisfy your craving and dip it in some ranch and you’re good to go. Plus, its too easy not to make.
Cut zuchinni into slices and dry them with a paper towel and add seasonings. I used salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder
Add some shredded cheese (mozarella or cheddar is what i use whatever I have) to the waffle maker about 2 TBSP
Add about 4 slices of zuchinni on top and then top with more cheese
Let it cook about 4 minutes take it out and let it sit for a minute to get crispy
Dip in ranch or whatever you like
