Milk is for babies! Or is it? Let revisit the use of milk. As one of my favorite farm products that we produce, milk offers benefits that could significantly offset age-related muscle loss, aka sarcopenia. Regardless of the conclusions of many studies, you should not overlook milk in your efforts to gain and keep muscle and strength as you age. Let me explain.
