Crunchy Protein Bar Recipe (Rice Crispy Treats)

Easy Homemade Rice Krispies Protein Crunch Bars
Rice Krispies bars
Nut or Seed Butter Protein Crunch Bars Recipe

1 Cup Peanut or Nut/Seed Butter of your choice
1/2 Cup Butter or Coconut oil
1/2 Cup Honey
2 Cups Rice Crispies

Gently melt together nut butter, fat, and honey.
Then mix in Rice Crispies. Optional add ins carob chips, or chocolate chips, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds or anything you want!!

Refrigerate 2 hours til firm. Slice into squares. Keep refrigerated or freeze.
