Jesus Christ is Christianity, for Christianity is primarily and fundamentally not a creed or set of doctrines but a Person. A Christian is not one who accepts a certain formula of accepted truth so much as one who actually accepts the personal Christ as Saviour and Lord. There can be no Christianity without Christ.
