Friends! I'm BAAACK - this time with some-... wait for it………….. NEW WRITING.

My clever friend Joe is writing a story about ducks. Well, about life. But framed within a society of ducks. It’s called Where The Ducks Go. And he’s given me the first chapter - titled ‘The Features of a Duck’ - to share with you beautiful lot.

I’m very keen that we get another chapter, so please spread as much positivity as you can about this. I think these gentle musings would make for PERFECT bedtime ASMR.

Anyway. I love you all. Thank you so much for watching.

Peace

What is ASMR, I hear you ask??

ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) is a made-up acronym (yes thanks I know all words are made up, it's just that this one isn't particularly scientific) commonly used to describe the 'tingly' sensation associated with certain audio or visual stimulae. It's a similar feeling to 'Frisson' - the shivers that run up your spine when watching an incredibly scene in a film, or stumbling on amazing music.

ASMR also refers to a genre of content whereby creators/'ASMRtists' intend to invoke these 'tingles' in others. It's good ol' wholesome stuff. Even if you don't experience ASMR - some don't - you might still find this content calming, relaxing, or even useful for getting to sleep. Heck, even entertaining, god forbid!

Here I'm presenting something of a common cross-over between #ASMR and a #SleepStory. Actually maybe it's neither. Still trying to figure out.

Oh, and this isn't for kids.
