UDIMI SUCKS: they charge me $300 one year and a half later for their bugs!

... I contacted UDIMI's customer support after being charged $300 over a year after my initial purchase from them. The representative claimed this was due to a technical error that resulted in my account being incorrectly credited extra funds from refunded orders in the past. I explained that I had no knowledge of this issue at the time, as many of my order proposals never received a response, so funds were constantly being credited and removed from my balance. The support agent was unwilling to cover the cost of their own company's technical mistake and insisted I had been "given free money" that I must now return. When I protested that I neither asked for nor was aware of these duplicative credits, they simply blamed it on a glitch in their system. I argued that their developers who created the bug should cover the cost, not me the unaware customer over a year later. However, UDIMI support refused to budge on their demand that I repay the $300 their own system had erroneously granted me long ago. I found their response wholly unreasonable given the circumstances.
