We start by me explaining the two areas of investigation:
3.20 Kari tells how she is keeping her vibe high.
3.30 Explaining the remit to Kari: processing the others’ emotion through our heart, and how to nurture and restore the feminine who has done the emotional processing of nurture.
5.40 Doing a public demonstration of how we can enter our soul room and utterly replenish our nurturing energy.
6.30 Kari’s been cosseting herself all day
7.20 Kari is ready to take on as a discipline for the rest of her life- not letting anyone take her vibration down.
7.50 Kari is going to go sit in her light beam. I have use conditional substances (chocolate, yoga, sunshine)- I want to find a way within me, completely unconditional.
9.00 It is really important for this transition time that we have OUR OWN portable, independent, self sustaining tools to be able to re-charge our selves.
10.00 We plan to enter our Soul room careful curated to give us the perfect tools fo absolute re nourishment, absolute replenishment, joy, fun. We count down and see what had appeared there…
11.00 I have a group of adorable furry animals and Kari has a beautiful horse- her spirit animal.

13.50 I describe my adorable soft furred beings.- symbols of joy, vitality. And I look around my soul room for anything else
15.00 Kari has been in her pond beneath he waterfall- she saw whale in there once….pet whales and dolphins visiting Kari- as she wants to swim in her pool….
16.5 We can go places without own minds- it can be a truly real experience: energy is first, three dimension is second.
17.10 Theres a present in a box waiting for me- a golden egg - I’ve seen it before. Inside is my heart-colour essence…a living essence, part of my heart, like rose petals, moving, undulating, apricots and pinks….giving me the reminder of the quality of my inner being.
18.00 Kari loving the feeling of imagining diving into water, and Kari bought similar-coloured hand cream the day before…
19.30 The story of Julia Gabriel eating coloured ink as a child- because the colour looked so delicious…
20.34 I love being able to play with this beautiful colour essence- like being able to move in water ad I watch it- constantly moving….a moving being of colour….me ;)
21.00 Kari reports a beautiful breakthrough: she attracted TWO perfect clients for her to teach her work to- and her level of self esteem went sky-high “not somebody who settles for this stuff that just doesn’t fit!”
22.30 We are going to find the ‘ultimate symbol’ of this self esteem- acting as a ‘touchstone’ to remind us of how beautiful we are, our gifts- our feminine essence- the quality of our soul. We are really near that place where our soul shimmers through and is seen in almost everything we do…
This experience we about to have is the touchstone, which will not allow us to accept anything else than beauty and goodness, love and honour. - all of which enable us to move gracefully though love, knowing we always have love and honour and assistance and nurturing and gifts and help and choice and beauty and delicious things to eat, and do….
24.20 The example of me- having been gifted a car (!), which has not yet arrived…but my neighbour helping out gracefully and happily to go shopping. - Even sweeter than going on my own…
25.10 When you truly love and live in LOVE and honour to yourself, you gracefully move over and under and through any kind of darkness or obstacle- just like water will move over the stones and the sharp things.
25.40 At zero we find the next experience as this touchstone…..
26.30 I see babies in front of me: I talk about my three children. the quality of feeling i had- indescribable- an honouring praise of being a mother “you have been another!” the honour of being a mother which was extraordinary. We don’t have that in this world. Exquisite beauty of creating a child within you- being in a state where the child is happy and healthy- my three happy and healthy and home-birthed. Because that honour was never ever given me I receive din in beauty and fullness- reparations to give me full human worth. Just exquisite.
28.44 Kari’s: “Well mine’s a lot simpler than than- A bowl of glitter…because i love to throw fire dust on people . Sprinkling fairy dust on people. Kari has always given love to people everywhere….we have to honour the beauty of human beings- because we are in this bizaarr state where it is being de-fragged and thrown away…
30.45 Kari saw a voluptuous red-clothed woman, with a big necklace with two hearts intersected, spinning….she was wearing a crown- “what would be more memorable than wearing a crown on my head- opening up the crown chakra.”
32.30 Kari remains any time you see beautiful headresses is representative of the blossoming crown chakra. Imagine touching a crown reminding yourself you are a divine being. “

and I do particularly with the experience of my love, whose thoughts move energy right through my body and heart. ( I do the sound effects ;) ) -
35.30 We set-up the process of processing emotion for one heart to another. We set this up for our next experience, using an imagined ‘other’ or a part of our own soul- so that others ( you) can see it and validate this in their own experience. So we can understand the power of our hearts ( Kari nods her head-) because this is what her book is ALL ABOUT ( getting louder…)
36.30 Kari explains the process of developing this knowledge.
37.00 You’ll find yourself facing another human being, to experience and describe how it feels when you are experiencing energy flow through the heart- can shift emotion for example. Explaining my example of using quiet prayer and sound ( masculine amerindian) to allow this pain he was carrying to live up and out of him…I countdown.
39.00 I ask Kari what she is feeling. I encourage her to touch the person so she can feel, then she describes the movement of the energy: a figure of eight movement through was exquisite. Pleasurable… exchanging energies, feeling each others’ hearts.
40.00 I explain how i have to put my hands on the counter to stop myself form falling over….when this pours right through me. I explain the ‘weight’ of soul energy moving in and through me: fuller and ‘phatter.’
41.12 I get nuts about his hands…..we are holding hands. Very still and making me very warm. Energy coming up through my arms and though my chest. Just feeling the heat, power, presence of his energy.
42.00 Kari gets cut off as we move to the next video session
42.20 I explain how even if peoples minds are in stress, you can still connect and feel the love…..
42.30 Kari: Talks about her psychic lover- but never met him. But she imagines him….kissing his hands, feeling him, deeply embracing him…”it’s really quite amazing…”
43.30 In this state we can actually ask him what our connection was. I channel him speaking to Kari: “The little blossom girl…..”
44.30 Kari’s understanding we take turns being born into the dark side. I say its a load of codswallop because the dark we have now is a “f**king yucky invading system- devoid of God. People are saying this is the natural dark, but that’s not got anything to do with God anymore- its been so departed. Our New Earth that we will create, we will still have contrast, we will still have what we call dark and light, but out will nothing like the dark that we’re seeing right now- with its programmes of child-eating and turning people into other things and abominations: that’s the danger of that- because we’ve been under the influence of that thing that’s nothing to do with humanity - nothing to do with Source-God. it ran away from Source, and deliberated for a long time in the opposite direction. So you could say, less and higher levels fo emotional integrity, yes, but, ‘that’ is an active dark that is not human, that’s currently exposed itself through our culture.
46.00 Kari says she’ll have to meditate on that a little bit.. She then describes this person. She describes the instant intense recognition. “ I wold marry that man in a heartbeat.”
48.00 I quote the South American greeting, “I see the god in you!”
48.30 Kari wondering if this was a real experience or imagination.
49.00 My present relationship looks very strange to my three children…so there can be very different kinds of relationships: challenge of intuition.
49.30 Kari and I would do daredevil things just to test our Source Connection…. what the ‘sagittarian nutcase does’ :)
50.20 The twenty things we must fear! Kari tells her story of someone telling her to fear such things….
Kari: “I don’t think of these things that’s why I am addicted to being on these shows with you - because it brings alive the inner reality. and we are to be switching from the external focus to the internal focus and you make it such a game of joy- rather than just sitting there and going, “aum”.
51.20 I express myself fully on this subject :) “ Who is anyone else to tell me how to worship the divine?!”
51.45 Kari: “you make it pure joy, and it brings so much more to life! - It’s not just this big empty space, it’s like, Im going to fill it with he most joyful things I can possibly imagine, and then I become alive with all those joyful symbols and images, and ideas floating around in me.” “It would take me a while to catch up on all the things that we’ve talked about but I’m slowly doing this, I’m slowly integrating the little things, you know- like today, saying, “that’s it! I am going to discipline myself into being happy all day long because, I have a choice.”
52.20 I describe the additions I made to some private work I had done, to get the timing more precise, and also connecting a pipeline of alternative currency flow to my being- and how Kari instantly confirmed the installation with her donation to me.
53.22 Suggesting to Kari, we could take out horse/furry animals to the restaurant where we are sitting and eating our meal to have little chats….(giggles)
53.30 Kari: “I have never felt so close to my horse before, as in this meditation- usually, it’s just sitting out there…I am so lovey-dovey with my horse…this is wonderful. It represents I am getting lovey-dovey with my higher self.”
