America, the home of the brave, has stepped up once again! Four courageous patriots have volunteered to be sealed in a cutting-edge Mars simulation at NASA's Johnson Space Center in Houston. The goal? To pave the way for mankind to set foot on the Red Planet! This is monumental, people! These heroes - a research scientist, structural engineer, emergency medicine physician, and a Navy microbiologist - are united by the stars and stripes and a passion for exploration. They will face physical and mental challenges, imitating the harsh conditions of Mars, inside a state-of-the-art 3D-printed habitat.
