📜 Ingredients for 2 people :
☑️ 250g pasta
☑️ 4 tablespoons olive oil
☑️ 1 red onion
☑️ 1 clove of garlic
☑️ 1 teaspoon each of salt, pepper and oregano
☑️ ½ tsp mild chili powder
☑️ 2 tablespoons parsley
☑️ 250g asparagus
☑️ 8-10 cherry tomatoes
☑️ 200ml pasta water
☑️ 30g grated parmesan
