Removal of a Metastatic Adenocarcinoma Lesion on the skin

This patient had a painful lesion on his leg that we removed about 1 month ago that surprisingly turned out to be adenocarcinoma. I had thought that it would be a squamous cell cancer and I refer to that again (incorrectly) in this video. This lesion was also confirmed adenocarcinoma. Workup following the initial lesion revealed advanced stomach cancer. Although this patient is palliative, he is quite stable and functional and came to have this second lesion removed as it was causing him considerable pain. I have done something different with this video in that I've fast forwarded some parts to cut down on viewing length. You'll have to give me some feedback as to whether this is appreciated or not.
