Removal of an Epidermal Cyst in the Preauricular Space

This was a fairly straight forward removal of an epidermal cyst that was sitting in the preauricular space. I've zoomed in a lot closer with this procedure and would appreciate your feedback as to whether this was better or created too much 'movement' and gave you somewhat of a headache. Thanks in advance.
