Ten-year-old Jesse Noel Jr screams that his father abuses him and his family, all as multiple police officers ignore him and then drive him and his little brother Asher to their abusive father (Jesse Noel, Jesse Noel Sr, Jesse Daniel Noel Sr). Their father is a special effects supervisor in Hollywood. This case is the equivalent of child trafficking and kidnapping. Our government wants you to believe it's okay as long as the traffickers/bad men are wearing badges and the abusers work for Hollywood.
