Why are there no APE shares left for Adam Aron to sell? Did he sell 5 Billion APE in open market?

I was under the impression that Adam Aron had the authority to issue 5 Billion APE shares and that he only released 1 Billion If he only released one Billion why are people claiming Adam Aron has no more APE shares available to sell?
