Market Rallies as PCE Shows Inflation Continues to Fall

Personal Consumption Expenditures, the Federal Reserve's preferred measure of inflation, came in at just 3.8% year over year today in another sign that inflation is falling rapidly. Core PCE inflation which does not account for food and energy came in at 4.6% in a sign of somewhat "sticky" core inflation.
