I'm making a tutorial for Uncle Jim who just got a shiny new Marauder Bounty Hunter! This is one of my favorite mechs and is the mech I used to get to Tier 1. This mech is great for pinpoint damage with the lasers and suppression fire with the LB10 Autocannon.

Remember, if you do roughly 500 damage in a match, your tier will improve more often than it goes down.
