Scott Richards - The 7 Pillars of Security

Scott Richards’ work is most easily understood as “national security advisory”, reflective of experience and expertise in the 7 pillars: physical, energy, cyber, economic, infrastructure, environment and socio-political. His reports and briefings have been used by law enforcement in Canada and the U.S. on topics ranging from terrorism, human rights violations, narcotics (fentanyl), wildlife trafficking, and human trafficking.

Richards has worked in crisis management since 2008, focused on arbitrary detentions, kidnap and ransom (Africa, Mexico), child abduction recovery, and investigation for complex international frauds involving organized crime.
