Cop NOT GUILTY for mass shooting INACTION

School resource officer Scot Peterson faced a jury over charges for his inaction during the Marjory Stonemason Douglas mass shooting in Parkland, Florida that took place in February 14, 2018. He also faced charges for perjury over claims he had only heard firecrackers, not gunshots, coming from the football field.

He was found not guilty on all charges and will be retiring with a $104,000 annual pension.
