Guilty until Proven Innocent | Kevin Spacey | Trial Day 2

In a short session lasting just an hour-and-a-half, the prosecution set out its case, describing the allegations of four men who claim to have been sexually assaulted by Kevin Spacey.

We heard the 63-year-old star described as "a famous actor who has won a number of awards", but also a "sexual bully" who "delights in making others feel powerless and uncomfortable".

It's the job of the prosecution to persuade the jury that both these descriptions are true in relation to a man one alleged victim labelled "a star, a golden boy".

From the off, the jury was warned not to become "starstruck" or "overwhelmed" - necessary advice when the man being tried is a Hollywood star.
