Malaysian Targeted Individual harassed with similiar dragging noises

This is a malaysian targeted individual, she is an old woman. She has a son who is older than me. They have been abusing his husband and son with very powerful frequencies and ultrasonic waves. She is constantly harassed. This just to see how the corrupt military and psychiatric quacks work together to ruin peoples mental health and lives.
