Drainage of an infected cyst on the back

I've had a few of these lately. They are pretty straightforward as long as standard steps are taken. The big debates focus around whether we can or can't break down loculations (using a curette, long Q-tip,etc) and by extension whether we need to pack these for any length of time. At any rate, this went well and the patient healed appropriately.
