He is banned, expressly, on Facebook, for “security reasons.” The fact that he is even on the November ballot in Virginia is not even news, much less the fact that he docketed a half dozen cases for certiorari at the U.S. Supreme Court in less than a year during the pandemic. But one would think when one matter to bring a grand jury had been certified to the State Supreme Court, and a retired judge had been appointed to preside over a matter involving a death that had made national headlines at the beginning of the pandemic, it would have at least found a good joke from a late night television talk show host, like Jimmy Kimmel, unless he was electing a right to remain silent, as a defendant in a racketeering case now before the U.S. Supreme Court. And, if you have no idea that on August 14th, a pretrial conference will occur between the Alexandria prosecutor and one pesky independent litigation hobbyist before a judge in the Alexandria Circuit Court, a reasonable suspicion should arise if there is nothing classified about the pandemic pathogen that had claimed the lives of over a million Americans.
