A point-and-shoot in the body of an SLR + half a roll of Lomography's finest.

Lomography Color Negative 400 shot with the Minolta Maxxum 400si and the Minolta Maxxum AF 35-70mm F/4 lens at golden hour and blue hour at Fort Ward Park in Bainbridge Island, Washington.

The Minolta Maxxum 400si, also known as the Dynax 500si, has a few features I don't like, mainly the dependence on DX code and 2CR5 batteries, but it's a decent film camera body otherwise.

I developed the roll myself with old CineStill Cs41 chemistry and scanned with Epson Perfection v700 and VueScan with Auto Levels. I'm too much of a cheapskate for Negative Lab Pro.

No generative AI was used in the production of this video, however Davinci Resolve's AI tools were used to help subtitle the video. I am not using ChatGPT to write the script, I am not using Runway to edit or generate video, and I am not using Midjourney to generate any imagery.

Video shot on: Panasonic S5
