It's Time. ~ #Peace ~ Space ~ Making #Music ~ Playing ~ Singing ~ Music #Creativity.
Okay, so this is an experiment, I'm doodling a rough mix of a song I wrote back in 1995 called CyBerKarma.. And what I'm doing is, I'm using this song and various older recorded versions of it, plus new takes I'm recording, and I'm mixing them all together to re-familiarise myself with the song, and to re~learn my craft

~ During the process, I used 'BattleFlag' by the Lo~Fidelity Allstars feat Pigeonhead as a reference point, it amused me, so I left it in the mix at the end. Anyway, this is a musical landscape.. a journey as much as a song, so headphones recommended, ~ try and see it through to the end ~ the journey will continue.. This song, this journey is not ended.. But continuing, as all my songs are..

TechSpec: All I've been using to make music lately, is a laptop, a cheap plug-in usb microphone, an acoustic guitar.. some 'self-samples' ~ and the inimitable, superb, old-school multitrack software 'CoolEdit'. That's it.
Oh, and.. ingenuity.. creativity.. huge dollops of Love

I was doing my usual 'soldiering' on twitter: https://twitter.com/BeehiveChina and I thought: "Why am I doing this? Surely I can be more productive! My life can be more fun than 'fighting'?!"
And this 'songchild', that first came to me in 1995, was back in my head, asking to come out to play again..
It seemed to make more sense than just sitting there 'twatting' away.. and it now seems, actually, to make more sense to me, to communicate with my songs & music.. So, I picked up the jihad (acoustic guitar) and doodled..
~ I'm going to be doing a lot more of this, and a lot less of the aforementioned ..
~ I can still 'deliver a message' ~ here and there.. but also, and more importantly
~ I'll be doing what I should be doing ~ that which makes me happy ~ Making Music, writing songs, Being Creative."
