Scott Ritter: Arms Control Is What We Need. NOW!

In part 3 of our most recent Maverick News interview with former U.N. Weapons Inspector Scott Ritter, we talk about escalating nuclear tensions between the U.S., and Russia, China, and North Korea, and the need for a new International Arms Control Treaty.

“It’s vital that we stop this world war from escalating past the point of no return,” Ritter says. “Right now, we don’t have a diplomatic solution, and that should scare every American.”

We also ask #ScottRitter for his analysis on the “Chinese Spy Balloon” shootdown incidents of late, and Sy Hersh’s bombshell report implicating the U.S. in the #Nordstream 1 and 2 pipeline explosions.

Ritter calls Hersh’s report “the story of the century. It could bring down #NATO.”

This wouldn’t be the first time the U.S. has blown up a Russian gas pipeline.

We talk about the 1982 Trans-Siberian pipeline, which was sabotaged by the CIA to damage the Soviet Union economically during the Cold War in 1982.
